Invictus Games Toronto 2017 Team Canada co-captain Maj. Simon Mailloux thanks the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center staff, Aug. 15, 2017 for the great care he received after being wounded in battle. Mailloux and his teammate Cpl. (retired) Chris Klodt visited LRMC to symbolically light the Invictus Games Spirit Flame from Afghanistan to Germany, making a similar journey many LRMC patients make after being wounded in battle.
