U.S. Navy Sailors with 1st Medical Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, carry a Role II Field Surgeon Tent during the setup of training exercise Pico De Gallo at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Aug. 14, 2017. The surgeon tent allows corpsmen of 1st Med Bn to quickly stabilize patients before sending them off to a higher echelon of care. Operation Pico De Gallo provides Marines and Sailors with the knowledge to execute hyper-realistic, quick casualty training to further refine “the finest surgical company in the Marine Corps”.
