Members of the band Waterloo Revival play a selection during a concert Aug. 12, 2017, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The concert, coordinated by the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation, had dozens of volunteers work every aspect of the concert, from concessions to ticket sales.
