Petty Officer 1st Class JRay Norris, a boatswain's mate of Seattle, and Petty Officer 3rd Class Michaelangelo Burdious, a ship's serviceman of Long Beach, Calif., stand at attention during a burial at sea ceremony aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The ceremony is held to lay to rest the ashes of fallen sailors, Marines and military family members in the cradle of the sea. Ronald Reagan is currently underway conducting training exercises in preparation for an upcoming deployment to the Western Pacific and Central Command areas of operations.
