Ronald Riling, the senior enlisted leader for U.S. Army Forces Command, talks to senior leaders from 5th Battalion, 20th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, Feb. 15, during a two-day visit to JBLM – one of only a few FORSCOM-predominate Army installations in the world – to assess the quality of life among units and the concerns of both leaders and junior soldiers.
