The 143-foot barge Brittney Moe drifts in 46 to 58 mph winds and 12 foot seas southwest of Kodiak Island Tuesday, Feb. 15, at 10:45 a.m. The crew of the tug Seahawk reported to the Coast Guard that they had lost the tow early Tuesday morning after they suffered a partial loss of steering.
