Seth Stout, Operation Proper Exit, a 35th Infantry Division coin and thanks him for his dedication to service after dinner in the Hall of Heroes dining room on August 8. Operation Proper Exit is a non-profit organization conducting battlefield circulation in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility, visiting troops in Kuwait and Afghanistan.
