U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Jose-Eduardo Vasquez waits to enter the Light Armoured Vehicle to conduct a dry fire range in Hokudaien, Japan in support of Northern Viper. Northern Viper is a combined-joint exercise held to enhance regional cooperation between participating nations to collectively deter security threats.
