Commander Task Force 56

Chief Petty Officer Josh Ploman, Navy diver, assigned to Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 2, returns to the surface during a training dive with Iraqi divers at the Pier of Umm Qsar. MDSU 2 is deployed with Commander Task Group 56.1, supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
