Iraqi Army soldiers assigned to 7th Iraqi Army Division zero their M-16A2 rifles in Camp Al Asad, Iraq, Jan. 3, 2011. The 7th IAD conducted soldier familiarization training with the assistance of U.S. soldiers assigned to the 4th "Black Jack" Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Advise and Assist Brigade, 4th Infantry Division in support of Operation New Dawn.
