ATLANTIC OCEAN (Aug. 10, 2017) -- Secretary of the Navy, the honorable Richard V. Spencer, awards the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal to Logistics Specialist 1st Class Gregory Chery, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) supply department, during an all-hands call in the ship's hangar bay. Ford is currently underway conducting testing and evaluation operations.
