Brad Stewart, director of the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security, addresses members of the Fort McCoy workforce and a Mobilization Force Generation Installation Mobilization Assessment Team (MAT) about Fort McCoy facilities during a MAT visit on July 27, 2017, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The MAT comprises representatives from First Army, Army Forces Command, Installation Management Command (IMCOM), IMCOM-Readiness, the office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management, Army Medical Command, and Army Sustainment Command. The team visited the installation for three days to assess the installation’s ability to serve as a mobilization site for Army forces in the future.
