United States Army Recruiting Command deputy commanding general Brig. Gen. Bryan Roberts hosts a Partnership for Youth Success Program signing ceremony with local Itasca, Ill., mayor Jeff Pruyn at the 2011 Chicago Auto Show. Also in attendance at the ceremony was: Marcelino Morales, Hispanic Marketing Analyst for PaYS; representatives from the Itasca Police Dept. and village of Itasca; soldiers from the Homewood, Ill., recruiting station; Chicago Recruiting Battalion commander, Lt. Col. Brian Bassett; Command Sgt. Maj. Renee Dozier and Miss Illinois. The Partnership for Youth Success Program began in FY 2000 as a U.S. Army Recruiting Command program designed to reconnect America with the Army. This unique program is a strategic partnership between the U.S. Army and a cross section of corporations, companies, and public sector agencies intended to provide an additional recruiting incentive to increase the Army's ability to man the force. The program provides America's youth with an opportunity to serve their country while they prepare for their future. For more information on the Army PaYS Program visit www.armypays.com.
