    The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Joshua Appleby, a 175-foot Keeper Class Coastal Buoy Tender homeported at U.S. Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg, loads a female short-finned pilot whale aboard the cutter Monday, Aug. 7, 2017 to be transported 140 miles west of Clearwater, Florida for release.
