Aaron Vo, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, speaks with an Iraqi army soldier at the "Grey Wolf" Leadership Academy on Forward Operating Base Gabe, Baqubah, Iraq. Every night at the academy, the students, who are a mix of Iraqi police, Iraqi army, coalition forces, and cadre ( American Army NCOs), would gather by a bonfire to sing, dance and learn about each others' cultures.
