170808-N-ZL062-022 CORAL SEA (August 8, 2017) Landing craft utility 1666 departs the well deck of the amphibious transport dock USS Green Bay (LPD 20) to transport 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit personnel, equipment, and vehicles ashore as part of a simulated humanitarian assistance/disaster relief mission. The humanitarian assistance/disaster relief exercise is part of Amphibious Integration Training (AIT), which is taking place off the coast of and within Australia's Shoalwater Bay Training Area.
