Personnel with the Fort McCoy, Wis., Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) have equipment and vehicles on display during the Monroe County National Night Out on Aug. 1, 2017, at Tomah, Wis. Several members of the DES Police Department and Fire Department set up displays and interacted with hundreds of people who attended the event. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police and emergency services personnel partnerships with communities and promotes neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.
