An F/A-18C Super Hornet assigned to the Death Rattlers of Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 323 prepares to launch from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. The F-18 is an all-weather, attack aircraft that can also be used as a fighter. The Ronald Reagan Strike Group is currently underway conducting Joint Task Force Exercises prior to deploying to the western Pacific and Central Command areas of operation.
