U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Brett Bickford assists Staff Sgt. David Kearns, both Airmen with the 243rd Engineering Installation Squadron, Maine Air National Guard, after tower rescue training at the South Portland Air National Guard Station, South Portland, ME, Aug. 3, 2017. Kearns simulated an injury while on the tower and was rescued and lowered to safety by two fellow Airman during the training exercise.
