Petty Officer 2nd Class Sean Andrews, aviation electronics technician, from Phoenix, gives the all clear signal to an E-2C Hawkeye from the Black Eagles of Airborne Early Warning Squadron 113 on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. Troubleshooters perform last minute maintenance on aircraft and serve as the final inspectors on aircraft prior to them leaving the flight deck. Ronald Reagan is currently conducting a Joint Task Force Exercise in preparation for an upcoming deployment to the western Pacific and Central Command areas of operation.
