Two MV-22 Osprey aircraft with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 268 land aboard Marine Corps Training Area Bellows (MCTAB) during a non-combatant evacuation operation (NEO) exercise at Marine Corps Training Area Bellows (MCTAB), July 25, 2017. During a NEO, Marines provide security, evacuate civilians, establish an intermediate support base and operate from naval support platforms at sea. Military personnel with Marine Aircraft Group 24 and 3rd Marine Regiment worked together in conducting a NEO which took place at three training areas across Oahu to include MCTAB, Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay and the Kahuku Training Area.
