    Petty Officer 2nd Class Tywan Ballard, aviation electronics technician, lifts a Japanese student in the air so he can meet Petty Officer 3rd Class Daniel Grimes, information systems technician, high-five. Both sailors are members of the Misawa Navy Snow Team and are in town to build a snow sculpture for the upcoming 62nd Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. This is the 28th year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a team to this festival to represent the base.
