Chief Petty Officer Billy Knox, builder, partakes in an interview with Japan's NHK Television Network. Knox, a sailor assigned to Misawa Air Base, is part of the five-man Misawa Navy Snow Team, which is building a snow sculpture for the 62nd Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. This year marks the 28th year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a team to Sapporo to take part in this festival.
