Recruits from India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, prepare to move as a fire team during Bayonet Assault Course I at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Aug. 2. Recruits worked together to complete the course as loud noises and gunfire were played over a loudspeaker to simulate a combat environment. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. India Company is scheduled to graduate Oct. 13.
