SAN ANTONIO (Aug. 1, 2017) Force Master Chief (ret) Laura Martinez, places the officer cap on Ensign Charles Wilton during a commissioning ceremony at Navy Medicine Education, Training and Logistics Command (NMETLC) headquarters on board Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
