PACIFC OCEAN – Navy Corpsman attached to the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit load a stretcher to refine operating processors for transporting and caring for a casualty in an UH-1Y Huey, aboard USS San Diego (LPD 22), July 23, 2017. Refining procedures allow the Corpsmen and Huey crew chiefs to be best prepared to handle any medical emergency that may arise. The 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit and America Amphibious Ready Group are operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance regional partnerships and serve as a ready-response capability for any type of contingency.
