CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - U.S. Marines, Brig. Gens. David A. Ottignon, right, and Stephen D. Sklenka, exchange the 1st Marine Logistics Group colors, which symbolizes the passing of command during a change of command ceremony at Camp Pendleton, July 28, 2017. Ottignon took command of the 1st MLG in July 2015. Under his leadership, the Marines, Sailors and subordinate units implemented his highest priority – being combat ready for deployments in support of I Marine Expeditionary Force.
