Maj. Gen. Rupert Jones, the Deputy Commander-Strategy and Support (S&S), Combined Joint Task Force, met with the head of the Mosul operation, Major General Najm Abdullah al-Jubbouri. They discussed Mosul security and rebuilding efforts. The Coalition forces and partners are here in support of Operation Inherent Resolve to aid and assist the Government of Iraq to defeat ISIS and liberate the people of Iraq.
