WAHIAWA, Hawaii — Phyllis Shimabukuro-Geiser, the Hawaii Department of Agriculture deputy director, offers remarks on behalf of Hawaii Gov. David Ige and Chairperson Scott Enright of the Hawaii Board of Agriculture, during the R-1 Agriculture Project blessing ceremony, at Sugarland Farms, July 21, 2017.
