Two F-15 Eagle pilots from a visiting unit watch aircraft launch during one of the Sentry Eagle large force exercises involving as many at 30 aircraft at one time, July 21, 2017 at Kingsley Field in Klamath Falls, Oregon. This year 48 visiting aircraft brought the total number parked on the ramp to 80; maintenance crews stashed as many of the 173rd Fighter Wing’s jets as possible to accommodate the visitors. Sentry Eagle, hosted by the 173rd Fighter Wing, is a four day large force exercise that brings together different aircraft and units from around the country for dissimilar air combat training.
