Keller Jackson, Soldiers with the Oklahoma Army National Guard’s 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, rushed into a burning apartment building in downtown L'viv, Ukraine on 16 July and helped evacuate the building before local firefighters arrived on scene.
The 45th Soldiers are currently deployed to Ukraine in support of the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine, an international coalition dedicated to building professionalism within the Ukrainian army and improving the army's training capacity through the establishment of a combat training center.
