The incoming commander of Guardia Civil, Grupo de Acción Rápida (GAR), renders a salute to the outgoing commander during a transfer of authority ceremony at the Besmaya Range Complex, Iraq, July 18, 2017. The Spanish trainers, deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve, along with more than 70 other Coalition partners, have committed themselves to the goal of eliminating the threat posed by ISIS in Iraq and Syria and have contributed in various capacities to the effort.
