Leo Weikle, a wheeled vehicle mechanic assigned to 1/201st Field Artillery, West Virginia Army Guard, was promoted to the rank of sergeant during a promotion ceremony at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Jan. 21. Capt. Shawn Pratt, C Company commander, replaced Weikle's specialist rank with sergeant and congratulated him on his achievement.
