Sgt. Andrew Brooks, a wheeled vehicle mechanic assigned to 1/201st Field Artillery, West Virginia Army Guard, was promoted to the rank of sergeant during a promotion ceremony at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Jan. 21. Capt. Shaun Brown, HHC commander, replaced Brooks' rank with sergeant rank and welcomed him to the Corps of Non-commissioned officers.
