Spc. Charles Vincent of the 1225th Engineer Detachment, 59th Troop Command, drives a HMMWV to the non-standard live-fire range at Joint National Training Center so that he and his team can conduct a topographical survey of its land. This project is part of Resolute Castle 17, an operation to help build relationships with the NATO alliance and enhance its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.
