    Exercise News Day

Albert Foote Sr., an elder Native American from Poplar, Montana, was invited to give a cultural briefing by the Fort Peck Indian Health Service to welcome Soldiers of the 7239th Medical Support Unit, Chattanooga, Tennessee, by explaining local residents’ culture and traditions as they begin their Innovative Readiness Training at the Verne E. Gibbs Clinic at Poplar, July 17, 2017. The mission is a civil-military program that builds a mutually beneficial partnership between U.S. communities and the Department of Defense to meet training and readiness requirements for Active, Guard and Reserve service members while addressing public and civil society needs.
