Forty senior civilian and military representatives are attending the 20th annual Health Emergencies in Large Populations (H.E.L.P.) course in Honolulu from more than a dozen Asia-Pacific partner nations. The H.E.L.P. course provides participants with a multi-disciplinary understanding of the major public health issues faced by populations affected by natural disasters and complex emergencies.
