Petty Officer 2nd Class Christian Spear, builder, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, assists a boy scout from Boy Scout Transatlantic Council Pack 280 construct a pinewood derby car in the Builder Shop at Camp Mitchell, Spain. Seabees from NMCB 74 assisted more than 20 boys in constructing their cars for the annual pinewood derby to be held at a local middle school next month.
