A Coast Guardsman gives a lesson to scouts about techniques and gear used in Search and Rescue missions at the Summit Bechtel Reserve near Glen Jean, W.Va., July 19, 2017. The 2017 National Jamboree is being attended by 30,000 Boy Scouts, troop leaders, volunteers and professional staff members, as well as more than 15,000 visitors.
