Petty Officer 3rd Class Jacob Simonds, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, Medical Department, performs health a assessment on Construction Electrician 3rd Class Prince Evangalista, of NMCB 3’s Delta Company, here in Camp Leatherneck. Despite being forward deployed the entire medical department maintains routine operations to ensure the health of the battalion. NMCB 3 is an expeditionary element of US Naval Forces providing construction, engineering and security services in support of national strategy, Naval power projection, humanitarian assistance and contingency operations.
