Command Sgt. Maj. Ted Copeland, the U.S. Army Reserve command sergeant major, hosted a noncommissioned officer huddle July 19 at the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst NCO Academy. Copeland spoke of maintaining readiness and his vision of the future of the NCO corps, and then answered questions from those in attendance.
