Capt. Brian W. Pilch, a native of Seward, Alaska, speaks to his soldiers during the 3d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary)’s deployment to Haiti in support of relief efforts stemming from a 7.0 magnitude earthquake which struck the country on Jan. 12, 2010. Pilch handed over command of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company 3rd ESC to Capt. Sarah N. Holley during the HHC, 3rd ESC change of command ceremony here at Natcher Physical Fitness Center, Jan. 13.
