GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Jul 14, 2017) - Cadet Petty Officer 2nd Class Jack Abels, Three Rivers, Mich. and Cadet Seaman Apprentice Austin Merritt, Marshall, Mich., U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Coprs, Windward Division, of Three Rivers, Mich., present honors at the annual presidential wreath laying ceremony. This day would be the 104th birthday of President Gerald R. Ford. The ceremony was held today at Ford's gravesite at the presidential museum.
