Students at the Ukrainian Observer Controller Trainer Academy participate in a student-led situational training exercise at the Yavoriv Combat Training Center on the International Peacekeeping and Security Center near Yavoriv, Ukraine, on 11 July.
Critical to the long-term success of the Yavoriv CTC is the establishment of an all-Ukrainian and self-sustaining OCT cadre. Over the last six months, members of the 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, deployed in support of the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine, have mentored the Ukrainian military on developing, managing, and sustaining a well-trained and enduring staff of Ukrainian OCTs.(Photo by Staff Sgt.
