NAVAL OUTLYING LANDING FIELD IMPERIAL BEACH, Calif. – (July 13, 2017) Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Joshua Smith assigned to Coastal Riverine Group ONE demonstrates treatment of medical casualties utilizing a Caesar Medical Manikin to educators from South Texas during Navy Recruiting District San Antonio’s annual Educators Orientation Visit (EOV). Smith, a native of Arlington, Texas, is a 2003 graduate of Arlington High School. The EOV is a Navy Recruiting Command program with a main focus of showing educators the various facets of the Navy and the many career paths available to students.
