GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (July 14, 2017) Ambassador Carla A. Hills, appointed to cabinet by President Gerald R. Ford, delivers remarks at a wreath laying ceremony honoring the 104th birthday of Ford. The ceremony was held today at Ford's gravesite at the presidential museum with wreath's placed by the U.S. Navy, President Trump, the Ford Foundation, the City of Grand Rapids and Ford's family by the instructions from first lady, Mrs. Betty Ford.
