Lt. Col. Michael T. Morrissey (left), commander of Joint Task Force 5th Battalion, 5th Air Defense Artillery Counter-Rocket, Artillery and Mortar, United States Forces – Iraq, stands at attention, Jan. 5, during a change of command ceremony at Camp Victory, Iraq. Morrissey handed over the C-RAM responsibly to Joint Task Force 1-174th C-RAM, a National Guard unit out of Cincinnati, which will oversee the C-RAM mission at bases throughout United States Division – Center and the rest of Iraq.
