A soldier from Company A, 1st Battalion, 133rd Infantry Regiment, Task Force Ironman, part of the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division, Task Force Red Bulls, scans the area, Dec. 29, at Combat Outpost Najil after the COP took mortar and small arms fire. Company A has been at COP Najil since the end of October, and this was the largest attack of the year on the remote outpost.
