Col. Peter D. Buck (Right) transfers the battle standard to Col. Timothy P. Miller (left) during a change of command ceremony aboard Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, July 7. During the ceremony, Buck transferred the responsibility of commanding officer of MCAS Beaufort to Miller. After the relinquishment of command, buck retired from the Marine Corps after 30 years of faithful service.
