A U.S. Air Force 1st Special Operations Squadron aircraft commander talks with jumpmasters from Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA) 1324 and Philippine Army Light Reaction Regiment (LRR) in preparation for high-altitude, low-opening (HALO) airdrops from a MC-130H Combat Talon II at Clark Air Base, Sept. 24.
